Former Superyacht Chef Aideen will share her flair and her culinary skillset with you, in exploring three different cuisines across separate evening classes. From learning the basics to balancing your acids, Aideen will teach you how to bring some serious vavavoom to your plate.
We will cover tastes from Thailand, Mexico and Mediterranean cuisines. Each night you will learn how to properly spice, dress, balance and build recipes. You will learn not only how to make beautifully tasty food, but also how to make an artfully composed plate.
Choose to join just one evening, or go the distance and do the full course of fun and tasty learning, over three evenings. Starts at 7pm and finishes at 9.30pm.
